The Home Sites

There will be approximately 170 Home Sites planned into this development with cul-de-sac designs. All home sites are surveyed in a way to get the most out of each directional view of either the Golf Course, Caribbean Sea or both.

All home sites are approximately 1.4 acre elevated on what is called the “Finger Lots.” The First phase opened up earlier this year and approximately 55% have been sold.  Phase 2 finger lots are towards the central course with three premium lots which overlooks the Island Green of Pete Dye’s signature hole. Upon closing on the home site, the new owner has 2 years to start construction of their home. If the client prefers, the development crew can build your specific property from a blue print or they may build one of their six pre-designed condos for you. All work will be cost plus a small fee.

All home site roads will have their own gated entrance for residence owners only.
